Gluten free recipe for:

Bacon Flavored Pot Roast

The perfect roast to impress your friends.

Cook Time: 4 hours

Ingredients: 3 lb chuck roast
1/2 lb thick cut bacon
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
6 stalks celery, cut into 4 inch pieces
6 carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise and widthwise
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 sprig rosemary
1 tsp sugar
salt
pepper

1.  Spray crock pot with nonstick spray.
2.  Line bottom of crock pot with bacon.
3.  Place roast on top of bacon.
4.  Spread remaining ingredients on top of roast and place rosemary on top.
5.  Cook on low for about 4 hours until roast is tender.
