3 cups GF oatmeal
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients together well in large bowl.
3. Spread into a well greased 9X13 pan
4. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
