Gluten free recipe for:

Chicken Noodle Soup

Delicious soup.  There is no reason people on gluten free diets need to miss out on a classic soup.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients: 8 cups water
4 cups chicken stock or broth
2 chicken breasts
3 chopped celery stocks
3 chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
8 oz gluten free brown rice noodles (Pick your favorite kind of noodle in soup. I use rotini or fusilli.)

1.  In a large stock pot add all ingredients except noodles.
2.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes
3.  After 30 minutes remove chicken breasts and shred.
4.  Add shredded chicken and noodles into soup.  Simmer until noodles are done according to their instructions.
5.  Serve and enjoy!
