Ingredients: 8 oz gluten free rice rotini noodles
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 medium cucumber sliced and quartered
1/2 cup GF Hellman's mayo
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried dill weed
2 Tbsp milk
1. Cook pasta and drain
2. In a bowl combine chicken, cucumber and onion. Mix in GF pasta.
3. In a small bowl make the dressing by combining mayo, sour cream, milk, and seasonings.
4. Toss dressing with salad mixture.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
