Gluten free recipe for:

Chili

Delicious gluten free chili.  Easily made in a crock-pot.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 3 to 4 hours

Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Chili Seasoning (Try our gluten free chili seasoning recipe.)
Sprinkle of Cumin
28 oz can stewed tomatoes
14 oz can chicken broth (make sure this is gf)
8 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz can mild chili beans (make sure this is gf)
14 oz can black-eyed peas

1.  In a medium frying pan brown beef.
2.  While browning beef chop onion and pepper and mince the garlic.
3.  Pour all ingredients into crock-pot and mix well.
4.  Cook in crock-pot at 225 degrees for 3 hours.  (Temperature and time can b adjusted to fit your schedule.)
5.  Serve and enjoy!
