Gluten free recipe for:

Chili Seasoning

Great recipe to make your own gluten free chili seasoning!  Make a batch and store in cabinet for use in recipes.

Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. rice flour (May be substituted with all purpose gf flour blend)
2 Tbsp. sorghum flour (May be substituted with all purpose gf flour blend)
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. dried, minced garlic
1 Tbsp. dried, minced onion
2 tsp. white sugar
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil

Mix together all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
