2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp shortening
1 cup raisins
1 cup oatmeal (Make sure to use GF oats such as Bob's Red Mill. Some Celiacs respond negatively to oats.)
1. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave for 3-4 minutes on half power.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Stir in raisins and oatmeal.
4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased wax paper and chill until set.
