Ingredients: 4 cups crumbled Gluten Free Cornbread
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small onion, finely diced
2 eggs
14 oz can chicken broth
2 Tbsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1. Prepare Gluten Free Cornbread.
2. Cool and crumble 4 cups of cornbread.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. In a skillet, melt the butter and saute the onion and celery until cooked through.
5. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix well.
6. Spread dressing into greased 9x13 dish and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
