1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup GF maple syrup
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp. salt
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Put milk, egg, oil, and maple syrup into a blender and process until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
4. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients and mix gently, but thoroughly.
5. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan or 11 X 7 pan.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
7. Serve warm.
