3 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
1. Cut avocadoes in half, remove seeds, and scoop out pulp into medium bowl.
2. Mash avocado well. Stir in remaining ingredients thoroughly.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
