Gluten free recipe for:

Hamburger Veggie Soup

Simple, delicious crockpot meal

Cook Time: 2 plus hours

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
8 cups water
6 cubes beef bouillon (be careful to make sure this is gluten free)
15 oz tomato sauce
16 oz frozen mixed veggies
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 Tbsp minced dried onion
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup gluten free brown rice elbow macaroni

1.  Brown ground beef.
2.  Chop onion and celery.
3.  Spray crock pot and add all ingredients except the elbow macaroni.
4.  Cook on low for 2 to 6 hours.  (If you are in a hurry, you can use a stock pot and bring ingredients to a simmer and immediately move to step 5.)
5.  Increase heat and add elbow macaroni.  Simmer per instructions on macaroni package.
6.  Serve and enjoy.
