This sweet, herb-rubbed pork loin is wonderfully easy to make! Submitted by: BeckyPrep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 3 hours |

1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 4-5 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/8 cup white wine or apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1. In a small bowl, combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic thoroughly. Rub evenly over pork loin.
2. Place roast into crock pot and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours or until internal temp is 150 degrees F.
3. During the last 30 minutes of cook time, place sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water and soy sauce into a small saucepan. Stirring contstantly, heat until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbling. Brush glaze over roast 3 or 4 times during the last 30 minutes of cook time. Enjoy!
