Gluten free recipe for:

Pizza Pasta

A wonderful gluten free pasta with a slight pizza flavoring.  This is easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 8 oz of gluten free penne pasta
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, diced
28 oz gf spaghetti sauce
4 oz gf pepperoni slices
3 cups shredded mozzarella

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Boil gluten free pasta per pasta instructions until al dente and drain.
3.  Brown turkey or beef in a frying pan with the onion.  Drain when the meat is fully cooked.
4.  Grease a 9x13 baking dish and combine cooked pasta, meat and onion mixture, spaghetti sauce, and pepperoni in baking dish.
5.  Top with mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is golden.
