Gluten free recipe for:

Red-Skinned Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These mashed potatoes have a rich flavor and a wonderful texture.  Sure to compliment any meal!

Ingredients:
10 medium red potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup half-and-half
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp.salt

1.  Cube the potatoes into a large pot and cover potatoes with water. 
2.  Add one teaspoon of crushed garlic to the water and bring to a boil.
3.  Boil potatoes for about 12 minutes or until fork can easily be stuck into potatoes.
4.  Drain the potatoes and mash the potatoes.
5.  Mix in butter, half-and-half, sugar, salt, garlic powder, cheddar cheese, and the remaining crushed garlic.
