2 lbs cubed beef stew meat
6 cups water
6 medium potatoes, cubed
6 medium carrots, sliced
2 cups red or black beans (or both)
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1. Spray your crock-pot with a GF non-stick spray.
2. Put ingredients in crock-pot and stir.
3. Cook on medium for 3-4 hours.
