Gluten free recipe for:

A wonderful appetizer served with gluten free crackers or tortilla chips. Submitted by: KathyPrep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes |
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
8 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup GF Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated and divided in half
1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly (except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese) in a medium sized bowl.
3. Spread in lightly greased small baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with gluten free crackers.
